Before Springboard, Soraya spent 16 years in global advertising in various agencies including Ogilvy and Lowes, directing Unilever, Johnson and Johnson, Kimberly Clark and Glaxo Smith Kline business. This previous career gave Soraya wide experience in business and commercial acumen, strategic development, leading & managing teams, and communicating across diverse groups.
Soraya’s experience covers:
- Working with a broad range of clients including the private, social enterprise and charitable sectors
- Current clients include the Communication sectors, both traditional and new media, Professional Services including Accountancy and Legal, International Health Care, Social Enterprise and the Arts.
- Is a Board Director for Business in the Community
- A trustee of the Brighton Festival Fringe, the 3rd largest Fringe in the world
- A consultant at NABS (The National Advertising Benevolent Society) which is the communications industries charity
- An Executive Coach for the newly launch Marketing Hall of Legends that with Google, Cadbury, O2 and many other leading companies are inspiring and developing the young marketing talent of today to become the future leaders of tomorrow
